Vice President Bob Anthony called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the customer lounge at Pemberton Chevrolet with 11 members and 1 guest in attendance.

The minutes from the November meeting were read and approved.  Rich Terrill read an estimated Treasurer’s report as the bank statement for December had not been received.  Members approved the estimated report.

OLD BUSINESS:

The annual Christmas Dinner was held on December 11 at Zino’s Italian Restaurant with 14 members attending.  Rich and Nancy Terrill hosted members at their home for dessert and socializing after dinner.  Thank you to Rich & Nancy for hosting an enjoyable evening.

$275.00 was collected from members attending the Christmas Dinner to donate to Toys for Kids.  Members voted at the November meeting to donate money to Toys for Kids instead of having a “Dirty Santa” gift exchange at the Christmas party.  Treasurer, Rich Terrill presented the money to David Van Buskirk from The Ponca City Fire Department.

Rich verified the list of members wanting name tags and will get them ordered.

Bob Anthony reported that all fees connected to the Website are now paid and are on a yearly schedule.

NEW BUSINESS:

Members decided to have a cruise on February 13 or 20 to see Gary Kahle’s studio and sculptures in Ark City, weather permitting.  Since Gary & Freida were unable to attend tonight’s meeting because of the weather, Lynne will check with them and see if either of those dates would work for them.  Plan B will be to go to Stillwater in February and go to Ark City in March.

SHOW BUSINESS:

The committee to design the flyer consists of Jack, Murla, Cindy, Gary and Dustin.  Bob will get with the committee and schedule a follow up meeting next week.

Members voted to have car show entry fees at $35.00 for the first car and $20.00 for each additional car.  Early registration will be $30.00 for the first car and $20.00 for each additional car.

Members voted to keep the 10th Anniversary as this year’s theme.

Someone is needed to write letters asking for goody bag items and door prizes.  Bob will send an email asking for a volunteer.

Members voted to have Quality Inn continue as the host hotel. They have been very accommodating in the past and we haven’t received any complaints from our participants.  Some rooms will also be reserved at the Fairfield for our participants who wish to stay there.

NOTES:  Barb Rozell told members that Dale and Londa Pontius, former members of CSCC, became grandparents of twin boys just before Christmas.  Rich will send a Congratulations card to Dale and Londa.

The meeting was adjourned at 7 p.m. with 10 members and 2 guests going to Two Hats Restaurant for dinner.
